Nizam-e-Adl regulation for good or for worst

Days after the obama administration took a stance on there policy on the terrorist and pak afghan regulation.The parilment has unanimously approved the Nizam-e-Adl regulation which is proving to be a great peace binding agreement between the pakistani taliban and the ANP governed N.W.F.P.here are some components of the regulation.

• no display of arms in the malakand district by talibans
• the army would move out of SWAT in segments during a particular period
• The taliban would condem any sucide attacks in pakistan
• Sufi mohammads madrasa would be made Islamic university
• taliban would give all the heavy arms
• taliban would not stop ang health,educational and social progress in the region
• Shariat laws would be imposed on the whole of malakand division

At present all the steps looks a peace resolution to the notorious situation ut only time would tell who pulls from this pact.
